Ingredients

Linguini

Instructions

Boil water in a pot with salt.

When water begins to boil, add oil and butter to a separate pan and heat up.

Add linguini to boiling water.

When butter is melted, add garlic and red pepper flakes; mix until coated with butter and oil mixture.

Allow the garlic to sit for about 1 minute and then add in shrimp. Let the shrimp cook on one side about 1 minute for large shrimp and then flip.

Allow shrimp to cook for a few seconds on other side and then add white wine.

After about 2-3 minutes, when shrimp are fully cooked, add lemon juice. Lower heat to low.

When pasta is al dente, drain the pasta and add it to the same pot as the shrimp. Add the parsley and mix all ingredients together.
