Whole Peeled or Fresh Tomatoes
Instructions

Add olive oil to large saucepan (5qts) and heat a medium

Add chopped onions, carrots and celery. Salt and Pepper to taste (Optional: Add Red Pepper to taste). Sautee until onions are translucent.

Add ground beef and sausage links and cook until all meat has been browned.

Add Red wine.

While red wine is evaporating. Chop up to tomatoes to desired consistency.

Add tomatoes to pan and let simmer at medium heat for 30 minutes.

Add fresh basil.

Cook for an additional 5 mins.

Taste with fresh bread and enjoy with your favorite pasta!
